With water kept to a warm 33 degrees celsius, 3 wet rooms, showers, baby changing facilities, pre-swim changing room, table tennis & a seating area. Parking space for 6 cars in our car park.

How To Find Us
5 miles south east of Norwich, off the A146 Norwich to Lowestoft road. Turn left at the traffic lights at the end of the Trowse bypass and drive for 4 miles, we are in the main street in Rockland just 5 miles south east of Norwich, off the A146 Norwich to Lowestoft road, Turn left at the traffic lights at the end of the Trowse bypass and drive for 4 miles, we are in the main street in Rockland just before the post office look for the blue picket fence on the same side of the road as the Post Office.
